Order Processing and Shipping Guidelines
Thank you for shopping with Forever Different. We are dedicated to ensuring that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for detailed information on our shipping practices.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Forever Different uses at its discretion mainly USPS service and also FedEx and UPS for all shipments within the U.S.
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The following delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (Available only for orders placed before 12:00PM EST)
Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size of the package, and the shipping destination. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $250.
Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of $14.95 for orders below $250.00.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high volume sale periods, please allow extra time for order processing and delivery.
All delivery times are based on business days.
Delivery address changes after an order has been submitted are not guaranteed. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees related to returning items sent to an incorrect address.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier
Carriers are no longer offering guaranteed delivery for any expedited service chosen and will not provide refunds should a package not arrive according to the service chosen.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can track your order status directly on the courier’s website.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by issuing a replacement or issuing Forever Credit. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging for quicker resolution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue and cannot be changed or canceled. If you made an error in your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. If your location is not listed, please contact us to inquire about shipping options.
P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO: Please contact us to inquire about shipping options to APO/FPO addresses.
International Orders: Please note that international customers may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. International orders are dispatched by DHL Express or UPS Worldwide
