Refund policy

At Forever Different, we strive to provide our customers with high quality products and excellent service. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before making a purchase. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return in the form of Forever Credit, which doesn’t expire.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Forever Different reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your item, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. To initiate an exchange, please email us at shop@foreverdifferent.com. If the item is eligible, we will assist you in choosing a replacement. Please be aware that sale items, clearance items, or custom/personalized items are not eligible for exchange. 

All exchanges must be made for items of equal or lesser value. If the exchanged item costs less, you will receive Forever Credit for the difference. If the new item costs more, you will be required to pay the difference.

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any items once the order has shipped.  If the order is canceled before shipping, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  

Cash refunds are only processed in cases of fraudulent activity as outlined below.

Fraudulent Activity

Refunds will only be processed in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected or proven (e.g., unauthorized transactions, fraudulent payment methods). In such cases, the customer may be asked to provide supporting documentation. If fraud is confirmed, we will take the appropriate legal actions as required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it. Items that are damaged or altered by the customer are excluded from exchanges and Forever Credit.

Non-returnable items

Certain items, including custom items or special orders, are non-returnable. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, clearance items, custom/personalized items or gift cards.

Forever Credit

Forever Credit allows you to use the value of your returned or exchanged items toward future purchases at Forever Different. The credit will be issued as a digital voucher or code that can be applied to your next order.

Forever Credit is available for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process the store credit.

Forever Credit will be issued for the item’s original price minus any discounts applied at the time of purchase. Important: Sale items or final sale merchandise are not eligible for store credit. 

Forever credit is valid Forever. However, once forever credit is used for a purchase, no further exchanges, returns, or store credit will be issued for that transaction.

Forever Credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.

Forever Credit cannot be combined with certain promotions or discounts, unless otherwise stated.

Forever Credit cannot be used for items marked as final sale or clearance items.

Items damaged by a customer after receipt and custom/personalized orders are not eligible for Forever Credit.

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions or returns and exchanges from customers with unreasonable return histories.
